Dr Emmanuel Agbo, State chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, on which platform Chief Dr. Ortom aspires to be governor in 2015 stated that the aspirant was a loyal and dedicated party man who was familiar with the terrain.
Presiding Minister at the service, Pastor Mike Ayanbode in his sermon reiterated that God always exalts and blesses his humble and obedient children as exhibited in the life of the former minister pointing out that Chief Dr. Ortom was also faithful in his church responsibilities.
He said thanksgiving and appreciation were proof of great faith which he said the former minister possessed adding that attitude of gratitude was not a talent but a choice which he made.
Renowned gospel musician, Mike Jerusalem moved the congregation to ecstatic worship with a thrilling special number while women and men’s groups also gave theirs.
